Stand Up To Cancer Overview

Briefed to create promo content for the night of Stand Up To Cancer. Working cross-functionally to create three trails and imagery of all presenting talent for use in the PR and marketing campaign to drive audiences to the show. I secured by in for the idea of having blocks built that reflected the branding on the night of TV, sourced scripted writers for three calls to action across the campaign build-up, and delivered a crew for the shoot day. I then managed all the post-production into delivery for the trial and imagery including talent, exec, partner and cross-functional sign-offs.

Pre Production

Managed booking talent time, optioning glam teams, art department, DOPs, sound, lighting, and director. Reccing for a suitable studio. Working closely with the scripting team to deliver four scripts. Created call sheets, and RA’s whilst ensuring insurances were in place. Managed pre-production meetings ensuring a successful & fully understood shoot to deliver stills & a trail.


 

At The Shoot

Art directed on the day, having planned the shot list. Ensuring there was outfit changes and time for both stills and video. Supported glam teams, exec producers, and journalists all on-site and requiring talent time. Ensuring talent were given time for briefings and were happy with timings across the day.


 

Post Production

Managed the retouching, edit time and deliverables across TV and still production. Actively sought talent and exec approvals within timelines and delivered final files. Raised PO’s and cross-checked invoices with agreed budget.
